- Understand client requirements & expectations thoroughly
- Shortlist & present suitable matches with proper reasoning
- Conduct one-to-one & family counselling sessions
- Follow up with clients regularly till marriage is fixed
- Maintain 100% confidentiality & build trust
- Achieve monthly success-ratio & premium membership targets
- Coordinate with background check & marketing team
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent listening & convincing skills
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English
- High emotional intelligence & patience
- Pleasant personality with strong relationship-building ability
Additional Information
Experience:
1-6 years in counselling / matrimony / customer handling
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
