About the Role
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall branch performance including revenue growth, operational excellence, team leadership, and customer experience across Gujarat branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility of the branch
- Achieve monthly registration, revenue & success-ratio targets
- Lead, train & motivate team of 8 - 15 members
- Deliver outstanding customer experience & handle VIP clients
- Oversee daily operations, reports, audits & compliance
- Plan & execute local marketing activities with Head Office
- Resolve escalations and maintain branch standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate (MBA / PGDM preferred)
- 3-8 years in service industry
- Leadership & people management skills
- Target-driven approach
Additional Information
Experience:
3-8 years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
