About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Director - Product Development to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete product roadmap of web portal, mobile app & internal CRM
• Lead new feature development for matchmaking algorithm, premium plans, video profiles, verification modules
• Work closely with CTO, UI/UX team & marketing team
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis (Shaadi.com, BharatMatrimony, Jeevansathi etc.)
• Define & track product KPIs - user engagement, conversion, retention, success ratio
• Launch A/B tests and iterate fast
• Manage product team (designers, analysts, developers)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in taking a matrimony / dating / marketplace product from 0 to 1 or scaling it
• Deep understanding of Gujarati & Indian matrimony culture & customer pain points
• Strong analytical & data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Hands-on with tools like Figma, Jira, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Google Analytics

Own the complete product vision for Shubham Mangalam. Build the product team, define KPIs, and drive the platform from a regional matrimonial service to a scalable tech-enabled product.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with company growth goals
• Build, hire, and lead the product team — PMs, designers, analysts
• Own all product KPIs — user growth, engagement, match success, revenue per user
• Drive innovation in matchmaking — AI-based recommendations, video profiles, verification
• Collaborate with CTO on tech architecture decisions that impact product scalability
• Represent the product function in board meetings and investor conversations
• Ensure product-market fit as the company expands to new states and communities

Qualifications

• B.Tech + MBA with 8-14 years experience including 4+ years leading product teams
• Experience building and scaling a consumer tech or marketplace product
• Strong product intuition backed by data-driven decision making
• Ability to work closely with founders and influence company strategy
• Experience hiring and developing product talent in a startup environment

• Plan and execute phased rollouts for major features across Gujarat and new markets
• Mentor junior product managers and interns on product thinking and execution
• Conduct quarterly product reviews and present to founders and board

Qualifications

• B.Tech + MBA with 6-10 years product management experience
• Track record of shipping consumer products that scaled to 50K+ users
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of marketplace or matchmaking product dynamics
• Hands-on with product analytics tools, A/B testing frameworks, and Jira

Qualifications

• B.Tech/MBA with 4-7 years product management experience
• Proven experience owning a consumer-facing app or marketplace product
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Mixpanel, GA, or similar tools
• Understanding of Indian matrimony market and user behaviour is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with limited resources

• B.Tech/BCA/MBA with 1-3 years in a product or project role
• Basic understanding of agile methodology and sprint-based delivery
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Good communication skills to work across tech and non-tech teams

Key Responsibilities

• Test new features on the mobile app and website before launch
• Document bugs with screenshots and steps to reproduce

• Maintain a feature request tracker from branch feedback
• Assist in preparing wireframes and feature requirement documents
• Attend sprint meetings and help track task progress

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with interest in product management or tech
• Basic understanding of how mobile apps and websites work
• Good attention to detail and structured thinking
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets and basic project trackers
