Set the overall marketing vision for Shubham Mangalam as the company expands from Gujarat to PAN India. Own brand strategy, market positioning, and growth marketing at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall marketing vision and 3-year roadmap for PAN India expansion
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization across digital, brand, and field
- Own brand positioning and differentiation in the competitive matrimony market
- Drive growth marketing — user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale
- Establish strategic partnerships with national-level community organizations and media
- Manage multi-crore marketing budgets with clear attribution and ROI tracking
- Report to the CEO and board on marketing performance and growth plans
Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing) with 12-18 years experience including 5+ years in CMO/VP Marketing role
- Proven track record of scaling a service brand from regional to national presence
- Deep expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Experience managing marketing budgets of ₹2 crore+ annually
- Strong leadership ability and experience building marketing teams of 15+ members
