Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in clients & telephonic inquiries with smile & patience
- Explain matrimony packages, success stories and membership benefits
- Register new clients & complete profile documentation
- Help clients create & update their profiles on system
- Train clients (especially parents/senior members) to use our Mobile App & Website
- Follow up with registered members for photo upload, horoscope & ID proof
- Coordinate with counsellors for shortlisting & arranging meetings
- Resolve basic queries & complaints on call/chat and in-person
- Maintain daily client visit & call reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent & polite communication in Gujarati + Hindi + English
- Pleasant voice and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge + typing speed
- Patience to teach senior citizens how to use mobile app
- Ready to work in a family-oriented environment
Additional Information
Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers are welcome)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
