Key Responsibilities
- Daily field visits to societies, apartments, offices & commercial areas
- Generate new customer leads & registrations for matrimony services
- Conduct outdoor promotional activities, canopy setups & events
- Tie-up with local community leaders, temples & marriage halls
- Distribute pamphlets, put up banners & posters
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly registration targets
- Follow up with leads & convert them into paid members
Qualifications & Skills
- Must own Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving License (MANDATORY)
- Excellent communication & convincing skills in Gujarati & Hindi
- Energetic, confident & ready to work in field whole day
- Smartphone with good internet knowledge
Additional Information
Experience:
1-4 years in field marketing / sales (Matrimony, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecom preferred)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
